Kunshan Audison Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. has introduced German BASF technology and built a new electronic hydrofluoric acid production line. Thus, the upgrading of general chemical hydrofluoric acid to high-purity electronic grade chemicals is realized.

At present, the equipment runs well, with an annual output of 50,000 tons of high purity hydrofluoric acid.
