As can be seen from the new regulations, the total weight of semi-trailer should not exceed 49 tons. In theory, the freight rate must be increased. The original total weight (55T) - vehicle skin (15T) = actual load (40T). Taking the current freight rate of 200 yuan/ton as an example, the freight rate is 8000 yuan/vehicle. Now the total freight amount remains unchanged. The actual load is: total weight (49T) - vehicle skin (15T) = actual load (34T), and the unit freight price is 8000 yuan. Yuan_34T = 235 yuan. The cost of long-distance transportation after September 21 will be about 35 yuan per ton higher than it is now.

Compared with the original standard, the new standard is obviously tightened in exceeding the limit, and the total weight of six-axle trucks is reduced from 55 tons to 49 tons. The transportation cost of 30 tons semi-trailer will rise by 30%-50%. This means that the unit price of road freight will be raised. For freight forwarders, logistics, foreign trade are very influential!

In addition, all cargo carriers are limited to a maximum of 4 meters. Container trucks can be said to be naturally exceeding the standard, and the degree of distress is comparable to that of 17.5 metre crickets.

The width of container body is the same, and the height of container body is mainly 2.6 meters and 2.9 meters. The height of tractor saddle is about 1.32 meters above ground. With the gap between skeleton and traction pin, the total height is about 1.55 meters above ground. In this case, even if the container is pulled 2.6 meters high, the height of the trailer will reach 2.6 + 1.55 = 4.15 meters, appropriately high.

Containers are of international standard size, so it is almost impossible to change the size of containers. Some containerized goods are labeled with customs supervision, so they can't be dismantled. They can't be packed separately and can only be transported as they are. It seems inevitable to exceed the limit.
