The dumping investigation period of this case is from January 1 to December 31, 2009, and the damage investigation period is from 2006 to 2007, 2007 to 2008, 2008 to 2009 and January 1 to December 31, 2009 (dumping investigation period). On August 5, 2011, India imposed a final anti-dumping ruling on p-nitroaniline originating in China: imposing an anti-dumping duty of $0.09/kg to $0.26/kg on the products involved in China.
